Its soft, round edges, seamless joints, and pebble-like thinness create a timeless piece perfect for serving charcuterie or slicing up a farmer’s bounty. The surface is hand sanded for a smooth finish, while a blend of beeswax and food-safe mineral oil help to both protect and enhance the wood’s natural beauty.
Use mild dish soap, warm water and a low-abrasion sponge to clean your board. Do not put in dishwasher. Dry the surface with a dishcloth. Then, allow the board to air-dry completely on a dish rack. Do not stack or lean the board against other surfaces while drying. Keep your board away from heat, such as the stovetop. Do not let the wood stay in contact with damp surfaces. Apply a liberal coat of wood conditioning lotion frequently or when the wood begins to look and/or feel dry.
