A design house's playground.  Schoolhouse Electric, the Northwest Industrial District shop known for its vintage-style lighting, recently expanded to a 5,000-square-foot showroom with an in-house florist, design library and Ristretto Roasters coffee bar.  Grab a cappuccino and clear your schedule - you'll want plenty of time to explore the new line of textiles, bags, furniture and other goodies, most of which are made on-site by local designers such as Reed LaPlant.  We're crushing on the checkered llama wool throws and mid-century mod inspired desks.
